Can You Trust Hard Assets Alliance?
We went searching for The Hard Assets Alliance BBB Rating (Better Business Bureau) just as part of our normal due diligence on our own money, in addition to our recommending them to you.
What we found was …
Essentially …
Nothing.
Which is a VERY good thing, I suppose, and it really doesn’t surprise me since they have such wonderful US based customer service that I cannot imagine any real issues to come up.
Oh sure, someone is going to buy Gold or Silver and be angry when the price plummets a day or two later, and *someone* is sure to blame the Hard Assets Alliance for something they have absolutely no control over.
Happens all the time in America, where we are encouraged to blame someone else for our mistakes.
For some reason, though, that must be filtered out by the BBB as the malarkey that it is.
Contrast that to the one time I had to sue a client in another business many years ago. The clerk said I needed information about the company that I did not have with me. Once I gave her the name of the company she said: “Oh, never mind, we have a file them”. NOT a good sign. (I did win, but I ended up turning over every penny to my lawyer for his fees. Worth it, nonetheless).
Our History With The Hard Assets Alliance
We go back with HAA to the very beginning of their existence (see our full review here), personally becoming some of their first customers. Since we knew the principals behind the company, we were quick to trust them with our money and our precious metals.
They have never let us down or given us any reason whatsoever to regret our actions.
And, we recommended them to our friends, family, clients and readers of our websites. They do an excellent job at fees that typically are lower than everyone else. None of us has ever been disappointed with the service or fees they charge (known up front, of course).
Have a question? Simply call the toll free customer service number during normal business hours (which we did early on just to see how they were) and you will find a person from the U.S., easy to understand, cordial and professional – even friendly – to help you with whatever you need with regard to your account or questions about getting started.
Conclusion
So while I guess I would like to be able to give you a glowing Hard Assets Alliance BBB rating report, what I can tell you instead is that the Better Business Bureau doesn’t seem to have any mention of them, which is maybe just about as good; or perhaps even better depending on how long you have been following us here.
When it comes to making recommendations we like companies and services to pass our ‘Mother’ test.
If we would feel confident recommending a customer or service to our Mother for her hard earned money or Social Security check then we recommend them to you also. If not, we don’t.
The Hard Assets Alliance may not have paid the Better Business Bureau’s annual fee for listing, but they certainly are not behaving in a way as to get their attention.
And considering that’s good enough for us – and Mom – we hope you might consider them as well. Their product/service offerings are really second to none for buying and storing Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium – both onshore and offshore. Safe & Secure.
