Not Just Statements, Secure Statements
Hard Assets Alliance is a newer service on a not-so-new time tested trading platform.
And ever since they opened their “doors”, they have been hard at work improving the service they provide to you and me (yes, I am a customer too!).
Remember, with HAA, you can buy and sell gold at some of the lowest prices and do so while doing business with a US company for those of you more comfortable working that way.
You can choose to take delivery of your precious metals or choose storage at a number of locations (see our full review for a list), both in the US and offshore. You can store now and take delivery later.
Your gold or other precious metal is allocated, you can even get the serial numbers of the bars if you like – if that is what you hold.
Here are the recent improvements at Hard Assets Alliance
- They’ve set up dedicated pages for “purchasing for storage,” “purchasing for delivery,” and selling our metals. Having dedicated pages for each major transaction type will greatly simplify and streamline your ordering process.
- To enhance security, they will no longer send a PDF of your monthly statements by email. Instead, they will notify you by email when your monthly statement is ready, so that you may securely log in to your account and view, download, or print your statement.
- You are now able to print more of your information, and you may cut and paste your UPS tracking number to more easily track deliveries.
Notice the second point above; downloading your statements securely.
We just talked about BullionVault having convenient, if not so secure, pdf statements emailed to us versus GoldMoney making it hard to get any kind of a decent statement at all.
Hard Assets Alliance is really doing it right. Send you an email that the statement is ready, then if you want it (hey, some people don’t…I do) you login securely and either view, download or print. Again, YOU decide what is right for you instead of the company deciding for you.
I like that.
And I like Hard Assets Alliance.
We have trusted them with our money and trust them to store gold for us. Perform your own due diligence and decide if they are right for you.
