Hong Kong Based Malca Amit Opens China Storage Vault
Asians like Gold. They think long term. And they know quality. Most will not even buy a Krugerrand or American Eagle Gold coin because the Gold content at 22k is too low (91.67% – makes coin more durable). Some say that is why the U.S. Mint starting producing 24k Buffaloes in 2006.
Thus, while the American media dutifully makes fun of Gold ownership, Asia is sucking up all the Western Gold it can at unrealistic low prices – and grateful for it, I’m sure.
Where does one put all that Gold?
How can Asian countries do business with each other more efficiently and bypass the West altogether?
Build a new Gold storage vault in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone so that banks can move Gold between themselves, in Asia, all in one facility.
Malca Amit has just done that. A 2000 metric ton Gold vault that can also store diamonds, jewelry and art.
Check out this video where the cameras go inside this amazing new vault.
