When we wrote our OnlyGold Review recently there is something that we forgot about and will have to add in. I was reminded of it when I opened our most recent order today.
We spelled out in the review the many things we like about doing business with OnlyGold.com so I won’t go over the same ones again.
But it is nice when a package arrives that shows $26.75 in postage and insurance costs and know that I didn’t have to pay them. Nor did I pay a higher price for the product to cover the shipping cost.
Then while opening the package one notices a coin that we did not order or pay for; marked on the invoice as “N/C” or “no charge”.
It’s pictured at left. A 1942 Walking Liberty Half Dollar in a nice plastic case and quite decent condition.
(Just think: when this coin was struck, World War II was ravaging our planet; both German and Japanese forces were carrying the day and quickly enlarging the areas under their control!)
The hand written invoice has a note at the bottom “thanks for the trade”. This is the kind of personalized service, so rare today, that we enjoy when we find it. And we find it at OnlyGold.
